YOUR MISSION AS MARKETING SPECIALIST GERMANY:
Your mission: turn Kolsquare into the N°1 MarTech in the Influencer Marketing industry in DACH.
YOUR SCOPE AS MARKETING SPECIALIST GERMANY:
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will lead our marketing and communication efforts in the DACH market.
As Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Brand, Content, and Growth managers to develop and execute effective marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and sales in DACH (including Events, Press Relations, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Partnership, Email Marketing, Paid Campaigns and Marketing Materials).
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
– Define and implement marketing and communication strategies for the Dach market aligned with overall business objectives
– Measure and analyze local marketing KPIs and use the insights to adapt strategy
– Assist the Global Growth team by providing insightful market knowledge and expertise
– Support the Global Brand Manager for events, press relation and social media management in the German market
– Adapt marketing content to the German market, such as newsletters, paid ads, website pages and marketing materials.
– Build local Marketing partnerships
– Monitor market trends and competitors’s activities, and share reporting within the company
– Collaborate with other Kolsquarians (Sales, Account Manager, Product, etc.)

– You have 5 years of work experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in marketing and communication management for MarTech / AdTech company;
– You are very organized, proactive, have a synthetic mind
– You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
– You are creative and think out of the box
– You are a solution maker: you face challenges with enthusiasm, and always think about solutions
– You are a team player
– You love digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing
– You are native German speaker and fluent in English (compulsory)
