We are looking for a growth marketing manager to lead our organic growth marketing strategies.
Reporting with the CEO and the founder, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the scale and success of Kosy and move the world forward.
It’s a strategic role that will require getting your hands dirty and building much from scratch.
It can be a fully remote position with occasional traveling to our EU hubs
What will your main responsibilities be?
Drive rapid customer growth by taking full ownership of our non-paid marketing channels such as SEO, partnerships, guerilla tactics
Define and manage our content roadmap
Develop a variety of content assets such as case studies, blog posts, playbooks, sales collateral, email campaigns, and webinars
Use a variety of analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact
Build & manage community of users to ensure voice of customer is embedded
Manage lifecycle messaging for our new and existing users
Work closely with our Product team to help identify, prioritize, and deliver on growth initiatives
What drives success for this role
Experience in Content Marketing, preferably for B2B SaaS companies
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a deep-rooted understanding of what it takes to engage readers with riveting content.
Comfortable in using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content
Capable of delivering maximal impact in a short amount of time
Resourceful, optimistic, tenacious, confident, and full of energy
Ambitious, results-driven with a bias to action. You have a can-do-more approach, a passion for making an impact and exceeding your goals
Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
Native English speaker and writer (required)
