We’re seeking a campaign-obsessed, data-fluent Digital Marketing Specialist who’s as passionate about conversion as they are about equity, well-being, and organizational transformation. This is a high-impact role that owns the full marketing engine-from the email sequence that nurtures a lead, to the webinar that builds trust, to the dashboard that proves it all worked.

You’re someone who thrives in the build. You don’t just send an email, you map the journey, set the triggers, and watch the numbers to see what’s actually converting. You’re fluent in HubSpot, know how to architect a funnel from first click to closed deal, and can run LinkedIn paid media and full-funnel reporting without losing sight of the story behind the numbers. You write fast, write well, and brief clearly when you’re not writing it yourself.
