Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a process-oriented mindset
Strong cross-functional collaborator with confident interpersonal and influencing skills; comfortable working across time zones and with sound judgment on when to escalate issues
Calm under pressure, with a track record of adapting to shifting priorities while producing error-free deliverables
Bachelor’s degree required, with an advanced degree preferred
Public or private sector experience in procurement is a plus
Fluent English skills and native German or Italian language writing skills
The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. For roles based in Italy, compensation will also be determined in accordance with the applicable Commercio – Confcommercio, including the relevant classification level and any applicable minimum compensation requirements. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
