Thank you for your interest in the LingoAce English Language Arts Program (ELA).

You may start the Step 1 of our application process by filling out this online form, which should take no more than 10 minutes. Your application will be automatically saved should you need to exit this form to prepare the required materials.

【Service Fee Details】
1. Initial Period (Months 1-4)
For your first four calendar months, your service fee is fixed at USD10.00 per 25-minute lesson and USD20.00 per 55-minute lesson.

Please note: This is calculated by calendar months, regardless of your start date. For instance, if you sign the agreement in June (whether it’s the 1st or the 20th), the fixed-rate period will cover June, July, August, and September.

2. Post-Initial Period (Month 5 onwards)
Starting from your fifth month, your compensation will transition to a Base Rate + Incentives structure. While the base rate may be adjusted above or below USD10.00 per 25-minute lesson (USD20.00 per 55-minute lesson), you will have the opportunity to increase your overall earnings through our incentive program, which is based on:
Reliability: Successful lesson completion and punctuality.
Quality: Performance metrics and student feedback.
Conversion: Turning trial lessons into successful enrollments.
