SAP Finance Consultant

This is a remote position.

As a management consultant specialized in SAP Finance, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions. In your role as a senior consultant, you will be a trusted figure, equipped with solid expertise in SAP Accelerate methodology (or equivalent) and associated work products. You will conduct design workshops, support business development activities, and mentor/coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. You will have the opportunity to acquire new skills, tackle new challenges, and achieve a comprehensive understanding of the business.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Strategic leadership in SAP solutions: Manage the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions to simplify, expand, and manage products required by clients.

• Team Delivery Leadership: Manage a team of SAP consultants to optimize product delivery within time, budget, and highest quality standards.

• Providing comprehensive solutions: Actively participate in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP technologies and working with the latest technologies.

 

Requirements

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• SAP process knowledge: Understanding of business processes, S4/HANA experience, and in-depth knowledge of one or more SAP Finance domains (FI, AA, RE-FX, FI-CA, CO-PS, CO-PA, CO-PC), along with understanding of integration with other SAP modules.

• Professional experience in SAP configuration: Previous experience in SAP FIN CO module configuration in implementation or managed services projects, and knowledge of end-to-end issue investigation and resolution.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Previous experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Language skills: Italian (Fluent); English (B1/B2).

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Some travel may be required based on business demand.

 

Nice to have:

• SAP certifications.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in engineering or economics).
