Copy Strategist
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Creative Copy Strategist who combines passion with a laser-focused approach to achieving client success. This role is ideal for someone who excels in creating innovative copy strategies and is adept at developing compelling landing pages, key messaging, and pioneering unique advertising angles.

You are able to speak to audiences of all ages and demographics and are skilled at identifying pain points to provide solutions. Your understanding of our clients’ needs is matched by your determination to achieve measurable results. You bring a wealth of experience in the D2C sector, particularly in the hemp space, and are excited about the prospect of innovating within this dynamic industry!
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Copy Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive brand messaging blueprints for each client. This involves but is not limited to: in-depth brand positioning, establishing voice and tone, and highlighting product benefits. Messaging across Meta, Google and SEO.
Strategic Frameworks: Construct and implement strategic frameworks tailored to each client, including the development of detailed customer avatars.
Copy Library Management: Regularly craft and update a library of ad copy for each client, with an emphasis on producing fresh, innovative ads on a weekly basis.
Landing Page and Advertorial Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive landing pages and advertorial content that aligns with client strategies and objectives while being focused on effective selling.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in advertising copy, with a particular focus on D2C strategies and wellness.
Requirements:
Experienced in Messaging Strategy: Proven track record of crafting effective, on-brand, and action-driven ad copy. Experience in creating messaging strategies that transcend mere ad copy production.
Proven D2C Advertising Experience: Demonstrable experience in direct-to-consumer advertising copy, with a history of driving significant sales through past copy initiatives.
EST: This job is fully remote and allows the flexibility to live anywhere; though you must be be available during our collaboration hours of 12-4PM EST. We do work 40 hour weeks.
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Knowledge Wellness: A solid understanding of the hemp THC, cannabis THC, and CBD product market and its unique advertising challenges and opportunities is a plus!
