TikTok Creative Strategist
Lucyd is a Creative advertising studio driving customer acquisition for socially conscious brands throughout North America & Europe.
We are currently looking for a TikTok Creative Strategist who will be responsible for improving a client’s overall marketing and advertising performance on TikTok by driving the creation of new ad creatives in collaboration with TikTok content creators. This role includes idea generation through brainstorming sessions in addition to conducting market and industry research to identify social media trends. The creative strategist’s primary focus is to set the clients’ overarching creative strategy.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
Responsible for pre-production research as it pertains to a client’s brand
Finding content creators, identifying hooks/angles, and writing creative briefs
Responsible for program management as it relates to TikTok
Hands-on experience with TikTok’s Ad policies.
Continue to expand upon creative knowledge and staying on top of new social media trends across platforms
Client facing creative strategy and goals conversations
Monitoring the progress of media throughout development
Coordinating with colleagues responsible for marketing performance
The Best Candidates Will Have:
1+ years experience with TikTok advertising
Experience creating or directing User Generated Content
Intimate and regular user of TikTok including other social media platforms
Familiarity with Direct-to-Consumer marketing
Openness and ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize and structure workload
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
Self-motivated and a team player
Passion for the digital media space in health and wellness, personal development, and everything in between
