Why this role exists
Our client seeks a Creative Marketing Assistant to support their President in executing creative initiatives and marketing projects. This role will focus on delivering original creative content, from website design to non-AI blog writing, while maintaining the agency’s high creative standards and brand consistency across all digital platforms.
The Impact you’ll make
Creative Content Development
Assist with website design projects
Create and build email templates from scratch
Write original, non-AI blog content
Design social media graphics and visuals
Execute creative projects under a specific direction
Follow established brand guidelines
Social Media Management
Create and schedule social media posts
Monitor platform engagement
Track social media performance
Maintain brand consistency across platforms
Respond to social media messages
Design platform-specific visual content
Marketing Support
Design marketing materials using Canva
Build and implement email marketing templates
Support content strategy implementation
Help maintain website content
Collaborate under a specific creative direction
Ensure consistent brand messaging

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
2+ years of experience in creative content creation
A portfolio of original creative work is required
Demonstrated experience in non-AI content writing
Proven track record in social media management
Proficiency with Canva and design tools
Experience with website content management
Strong writing and editing skills
Basic understanding of SEO principles
WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection

What to expect…

Work Setup:
Remote position
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
40 hours a week
Compensation:
$7 per hour
