Your job in brief:
As a Call Center Specialist, you’ll have the chance to transform challenging experiences into meaningful and rewarding interactions.
What you’ll do:
Handle inbound, outbound calls, and chats.
Present the company services in a structured and professional manner, while also thinking out of the box to address unique scenarios.
Investigate customer concerns and complaints, provide effective solutions to resolve them
Track customer feedback and comments to generate new ideas for the marketing and development team
Process customer payments and adjustments to maintain financial accounts
Requirements
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Outstanding communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and chats while maintaining quality and efficiency
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk software, such as Ziwo, is a plus
