Job Description

This is a remote position.

Your Job In Brief 

You will be providing financial support by managing daily accounting and financial tasks. You will be doing a wide range of transactions. Compile reports, prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial statements and other financial documents. 

You should be proficient in math, accurate, and have a solid understanding of account and financial reporting principles and practices. 

What You’ll Do

Perform daily reconciliations of cash, check, and credit card transactions. Reconciles bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.

Assist with reviewing expenses, revenues, and payroll records as assigned.

Perform financial calculations, such as amounts due, balances, and discounts.

Check documents for correct entry and mathematical accuracy and file invoices using the company’s ERP System.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

Minimum of two years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

Good command of spoken and written English.
