We’re a rapidly growing $60MM+ metabolic optimization company (100% remote) seeking a dynamic CFO who loves a high growth DTC environment to complete our next growth capital round and build a world-class financial team in-house.
What are the Key Points?
Compensation: $225,000k – $300,000k + Bonus
Location: 100% Remote (virtual team of 200+ with no corporate office)

What Are the Primary Goals?
Deliver Growth Capital – Lead our growth equity capital raise, working with our investment banking, legal and other consultants to deliver a smooth process and successful outcome
Strategic Growth – Deliver strategic insights into our long-range roadmap to accelerate, improve or otherwise drive incremental value at the strategic level
Optimize Profitability and Working Capital – Drive towards our long-term goal of 30% EBITDA and 20% NIAT while ensuring sufficient working capital to support high growth
Mitigate Risks – Assess, prioritize, mitigate or transfer risk on a continuous basis, implementing required compliance and controls to ensure unencumbered, clean growth
Deliver Smooth Operational Finance – Architect a highly efficient and effective small team built on lean frameworks and agile processes to deliver operational finance needs
What are the Operational Objectives?
Cash Flow Forecast & Budget – Develop detailed budget and cashflow forecast so we can easily optimize our P&L at team/department level and manage outlays appropriately
Long Range Funding Plan – Architect a funding plan that supports our 5-year growth objectives and develop the necessary investor/lender relationships to deliver against that plan
Real-time Financials – Upgrade accounting systems to deliver accurate, real-time daily financials to minimize time-delay reporting risk, while owning all accounting deliverables
Dashboarding System – Build departmental financial dashboards to empower team leaders to optimize their budgets quickly, easily and with confidence
ERP Upgrade – Lead upgrade from current QuickBooks-centric system to an efficient, scalable ERP that supports our long-term growth
