About the job:

ModSquad has partnered with a prominent higher education client that supplies educational products, services, and solutions to colleges and universities nationwide.
This fully remote position offers you the chance to join our team, where you’ll respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages.
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Sunday: 4 AM – 7 PM PT
Commitment:
Self-schedule 15 hours per week.
60-day commitment (as needed)
What are we looking for?
Candidates with strong customer support experience.
Candidates with moderate technical knowledge and basic trouble-shooting skills.
Candidates who are personal, and are able to embody ‘the spirit’ of the College / University
Candidates who pay attention to the details and can multitask between applications with ease.
Zendesk experience is a huge plus!
Workspace Requirements
Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
16 GB RAM
Internet speed: 50+ MBPS
Must be connected to ethernet while working on this project.
Willingness to install ModSquad’s security software and 2FA app on your mobile device.
Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
Dual monitors highly recommended
