Description
We are seeking a talented and self-directed Paid Ads Video Editor / Graphic Designer with a strong focus on paid social advertising. This role is ideal for someone who can create a continuous stream of compelling static and video content for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, with a design style that resonates with a feminine but inclusive brand tone.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-converting static ads for paid social campaigns (Meta platforms).
Edit and produce engaging short-form video ads tailored to social media formats.
Collaborate on creative direction while bringing your own ideas and initiative.
Ensure all creative aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and tone.
Stay up-to-date with trends in ad creative, especially in women’s health and wellness.
Maintain organized file management for fast-paced asset production.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required); Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing for social ads.
Solid understanding of ad creative principles and what drives conversions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to take and implement feedback.
Comfortable working with topics related to women’s health.
Able to manage your time and projects independently in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with motion graphics or animation.
Background in wellness, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and ad performance metrics.
