Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to amplify brand awareness and boost product sales.
Manage and optimize our social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing to maximize traffic and engagement.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to unearth new growth opportunities.
Work in tandem with product development and sales teams to craft marketing campaigns that resonate with our brand values and offerings.
Rigorously measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Keep abreast of the latest digital technology developments and integrate innovative technologies into our marketing strategies.
Reporting Line: 

You will report directly to and work closely with Anil Gupta, CEO of Multicollab/Multidots/DotStore.
Primary Skills
At least 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the tech industry.

A minimum of 5 years in managing marketing operations, specifically for WordPress Plugin businesses.
A strong track record in digital marketing, particularly within the tech or WordPress plugin industry.
Deep understanding of WordPress plugins and their market dynamics.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret marketing metrics.
Creativity paired with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
 
Good to Have
Experience working with a company that specializes in WordPress products.
Experience in social media marketing.
