About the role:
The Studio Leader for Digital Development is tasked with leading the studio to excellence in software development and digital innovation. This role involves steering the studio towards cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, enhancing pre-sales activities, and fostering career development within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Composition: Create and develop the studio’s community of members to foster collaboration across projects and provide support for everyone on the client team.
Development Workshops: Organize monthly workshops focusing on new technologies and software development methodologies.
Pre-Sales Support:Participate actively in pre-sale initiatives.
Foster deep understanding of Digital Development across the company and help Nearsurers to identify how it can impact our client’s business ideating proactive proposals.
Career Development:Design career path for people in the Studio with clear requirements for each seniority level.
Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for team members at all levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role within digital development or a related field.
Experience as speaker in specialized events.
In-depth knowledge of current technologies and software development methodologies.
Strong background in pre-sales and client service enhancement.
Demonstrated ability in career development and team training.
Strategic thinker with a talent for innovation and adaptation to new technologies.
