Orca Bio
Training Specialist
More than one million people in the United States today are fighting blood cancer. While a traditional allogeneic stem cell transplant has been the best hope for many, the transplant itself can prove fatal or lead to serious conditions, such as graft vs. host disease. Orca Bio is a late-stage biotechnology company redefining the transplant process by developing next-generation cell therapies with the goal of providing significantly better survival rates with dramatically fewer risks. With our purified, high-precision investigational cell therapies we hope to not only replace patients’ blood and immune systems with healthy ones, but also restore their lives.
The Manager, Training will play a pivotal role in preparing Orca Bio’s organization for the U. S. launch of ORCA-T. This role is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training for field teams (Account Management, Payer Account Directors, Market Development, Medical Science Liaisons), overseeing onboarding and certification, coordinating regional and national meetings, and supporting key launch operations activities.
As a member of a lean launch readiness team, this role will stretch across training enablement, meeting execution, operational readiness, and cross-functional alignment—serving as a connective hub across Account Management, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs. The ideal candidate brings experience in high-stakes launches, strong facilitation and content development skills, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to drive execution in a fast-paced, startup environment.
