Data Analytics Administrative

We are seeking a full-time remote Data Analytics Administrator to join our team and play a key role in implementing and optimizing data analytics solutions. As a Data Analytics Administrator, you will focus on building interactive and insightful dashboards, with a particular emphasis on utilizing Tableau to visualize complex datasets.

Job Responsibilities
Create custom dashboards and present findings to the department leaders.
Work closely with operations team and various departments to develop meaningful org-wide metrics and dashboards.
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in data analytics, operations, or a related field.
Expert with building dashboards in Tableau Online.
Proficient with relational databases (Airtable preferred).
Experience working with multiple departments in organization and creating custom dashboards.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-have:
Experience working in a start-up company.
Familiar with Tech Services
Worked across multiple industries
Operations background
Familiar with KPIs and OKRs
