IT Support Specialist (Contract) – Remote

The Role:

Pachama is looking for an IT Support Specialist to help maintain computer networks, provide technical support, and ensure the organization runs smoothly from a technical perspective. You will monitor and maintain Pachama’s computer systems, install and configure hardware and software, and solve technical issues as they arise.

Location: This role is a contract fully-remote position, ideally working in PT/ET timezones.

What You Will Help Us With:

Help run the installation and configuring of computer hardware, software, systems and networks

Monitor and maintain employee computer systems and network functioning

Create a standard ticketing system and respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Provide virtual technical support across the company

Help onboard new hires by setting up accounts for new users

Coordinate the procurement and replacement of equipment as needed

Set up our internal IT process and ensure devices are secure and protected

Help streamline the off-boarding process

Log bugs and enhancement requests

Experience & Skills We’re Looking For:

At least 4 years of working experience in IT support

Excellent customer service skills

Strong trouble shooting and critical thinking skills

Experience using Google Cloud, as well as working with Mac

$45,000 – $50,000 a year
