About the Role:
Papa is looking for a Senior Manager of GTM Product Strategy & Operations who will work with key stakeholders across the company to develop and support the rollout of Papa’s go-to-market product strategy and “Program” offerings. The role is an individual contributor and reports to the CFO, who leads strategy at Papa.
Three key duties of the role:
1) Conduct market and competitive intelligence
Perform in-depth market research using external and internal sources to analyze industry trends and competitor activity
Translate complex market insights into actionable findings and recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders
2) Develop the GTM product strategy and Program offerings
Leverage the market insights to create the holistic GTM Product strategy
Develop product offerings that fit within the strategy, bringing together different concepts to create discrete marketable solutions with supporting business cases
Lead cross-functional team decision-making efforts in order to align on the strategy and which product offerings to activate
3) Commercialize the strategy and Program offerings and engage with clients directly
Work with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Opeations, and Finance, to activate each element the strategy; examples: develop pricing and GTM materials
Oversee the overall implementation and provide recurring updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders
Provide strategic sales operations support, analyzing market data to support targeting for specific programs
Establish and manage partnerships with relevant vendors and companies that support the strategy
On an as-needed basis, socialize the strategy at company-wide forums
Join client calls to speak Papa’s strategy and Programs, acting as a subject matter expert to support sales efforts
Requirements:
Experience:
4-8+ years of experience in a mix of strategy consulting, business operations, product strategy and/or other strategy or operations roles; an MBA is a plus
Strong preference for someone with healthcare experience, especially within Medicare, Medicaid, and/or health plan space
Strong preference for someone who has developed enterprise GTM product strategies
Skills:
Excellent communication and problem-solving: Distill complex information into actionable insights
Analytical thinker: Build strong financial models and analyze business cases (market sizing, new offerings, P&L impact)
Executive presence: Confidently interact with clients and partners
Compelling presentation skills: Clearly present complex problems and debate with senior leadership
Independent and resourceful: Find information, solve problems, manage resources, and deliver results under pressure
Tech proficiency: Excel (required), Salesforce and data visualization tools (preferred)
Team player: Collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Proven project management: Successfully manage complex initiatives from start to finish, delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines
Humble and goal-oriented: Focus on group success, not individual recognition.
