▼PayPay金融戦略本部の紹介
PayPayをNo1のFintech企業に。という全社のミッションを達成するため、PayPayを決済アプリから金融スーパーアプリに進化させるための戦略企画・実行を担うチームです。
PayPayで「支払う」だけでなく、お金まわりのあらゆることがPayPay中心に実現できることを目指し、スマホセントリックな新しい金融スーパーアプリに進化させることがチームの目指す姿です。
今回のポジションでは、PayPay銀行に出向いただきPayPayをはじめとするグループ企業とのシナジーを通じて、PayPay銀行をリテールNo.1銀行にすることを目指すチームの配属を予定しております。

2025年4月11日付でPayPayはPayPay銀行を連結子会社化しました。
これまでもPayPayアプリ上で振込やATM取引ができるようなサービス連携を推進してきましたが、連結子会社化することで両社の意思決定スピードを高めていき、
ユーザーにとって付加価値の高いサービスを圧倒的なスピード感で提供続けていきたいと考えています。それを実現するための、仲間を探しています。
【具体的な業務内容】
PayPay、PayPay証券、PayPayカード、PayPayほけんなどグループ企業とのシナジーを通じて、PayPayグループでしか実現できない且つユーザーにとって付加価値の高いサービスを開発およびグロースをリードしていただきます。
銀行内においては、各事業本部長級と直接コミュニケーションを行っていただき通じて迅速な意思決定などプロジェクトマネジメントに関与いただきます。

PayPay is a fintech company that has exceeded 68 million users in just five years since launching its service in 2018. The company is currently made up of diverse members from over 50 countries and regions. Although the company already has several thousand employees, it is still in the growth stage and is “incomplete.” In providing “PayPay,” the company will work with Paytm, India’s largest payment service provider, to build smartphone payments in Japan and expand its services by utilizing the company’s customer-oriented technology.
Our biggest rival is “cash.” We are looking for team members who will tackle this difficult challenge head-on, polish our product with overwhelming speed that no other company can match, and work with passion as professionals to rapidly promote the spread of cashless payments in Japan and the financial life platform that uses it, discover problems on their own, and work with others to create new value together.
About our business
▼ Introduction to the PayPay Financial Strategy Headquarters
To make PayPay the No. 1 Fintech company, this team is responsible for planning and executing strategies to evolve PayPay from a payment app to a financial super app in order to achieve the company-wide mission. The team aims to
evolve PayPay into a new smartphone-centric financial super app, so that not only can you “pay” with PayPay, but everything related to money can be done with PayPay at its core.
For this position, you will be seconded to PayPay Bank and assigned to a team that aims to make PayPay Bank the No. 1 retail bank through synergy with PayPay and other group companies.

On April 11, 2025, PayPay made PayPay Bank a consolidated subsidiary.
We have been promoting service collaboration such as transfers and ATM transactions on the PayPay app, but by making it a consolidated subsidiary, we hope to increase the decision-making speed of both companies and
continue to provide high-value-added services to users with overwhelming speed. We are looking for partners to make this happen.
[Specific work content]
Through synergy with group companies such as PayPay, PayPay Securities, PayPay Card, PayPay Insurance, etc., you will lead the development and growth of services that can only be realized by the PayPay Group and have high added value for users.
Within the bank, you will be involved in project management such as quick decision-making by directly communicating with the heads of each business division.

Required Experience/Skills
Experience leading new service development and strategy planning in the retail finance field.
