Job Purpose
Sell our great Saas Payroll & HR product to UK and global clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from nurturing new prospects to maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
Drive PaySpace growth through a dynamic blend of inbound and outbound prospecting initiatives
Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and managing inbound prospects
Team up and engage with our global sales teams, synergizing for optimal results
Continuously refine and revamp sales approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
Ensure a seamless handover of deals to our delivery team post-closure, fostering a smooth transition for our valued clients.
Provide feedback to sales, marketing and product teams for continuous improvement
Keep your eyes on the prize and meet & exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years hands-on sales experience in a Saas company or start-up
Demonstrate a proven track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK&I mid-market segment (100-1,500 employees
Showcase expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use
Up to speed on the latest and greatest UK labour laws and legislation
Go-getter and self-staring mentality
Unparalleled communication skills
You are a native English speaker
You are committed to deliver top-notch customer service, turning clients into lifelong advocates
Comfortable in the spotlights conducting engaging demos in a pre-sales context
Thrive in a global remote team environment
Located in the UK or any other location, within GMT +/- 1 hour time zone
