Salary Range: Competitive salary.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketer and Social Media Manager, you will lead the creation, curation, and execution of compelling content strategies that amplify our client’s online presence and engage its target audience. This role focuses heavily on LinkedIn content creation while eventually expanding to other platforms, making it ideal for someone with proven LinkedIn expertise who is ready to make a measurable impact in the real estate and rental market industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Create high-quality engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
Engage with the community, respond to comments, and ensure interactions reflect the company’s objectives.
Grow followers and engagement with targeted, visually appealing content.
Blog Writing
Identify trending topics, audience interests, and industry-related keywords for blog posts.
Write clear, engaging, and well-structured articles tailored to the target audience.
Re-edit articles to refine tone, grammar, and structure for enhanced readability and impact.
Optimize blog content with targeted keywords, meta tags, and links to boost search engine rankings.
Content Creation & Management
Develop high-quality content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and thought-leadership articles.
Oversee visual content production, including graphics, videos and animations.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely, relevant, and brand-consistent communication.
Digital Marketing Campaigns.
Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
Research and implement new social media tools, features, and platforms.
Identify and capitalize on emerging trends to position the company as a thought leader.
Experiment with innovative content formats and engagement tactics.
Brand Strategy & Management
Ensure marketing materials align with the company’s brand standards and messaging.
Develop branding materials, including brochures, pitch decks, and trade show assets.
Work closely with the design team to create visually compelling marketing assets.
Requirements
Requirements:
Must-Have:
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real state or financial industries.
Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
SEO experience or proficiency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, PP), Canva or similar illustrations and video editors.
Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience managing social media content for startups or within the real estate/rental industry.
Previous collaboration with design and marketing teams for multi-channel campaigns.
Familiarity with ad campaign strategy and execution.
Experience engaging with LinkedIn influencers or creator partnerships.
