Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours
Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time
Salary Range: Competitve salary.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 6 PM EST
Locations: Remote, open to candidates in India.

Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you’ll lead the charge in driving data adoption across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll use Python and other tools to create impactful analyses, dashboards, and data visualizations that inform strategic decisions. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about fostering a data-driven culture and delivering actionable insights that shape business outcomes.
Your Impact:
Your work will directly contribute to empowering company’s growth through strategic data analysis and visualization. You’ll champion data integrity, develop ETLs, and create interactive tools that enable teams to make informed decisions. Your efforts will help optimize operations, improve customer experience, and set the stage for the company continued success in the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Data Analysis:
Support functional leaders in developing strategic data analyses.
Manipulate and visualize diverse data sources to derive actionable insights.
Collaboration & Development:
Partner with data engineers and scientists to enhance organizational data capabilities.
Build analyses, dashboards, and interactive data apps using Python libraries such as Pandas, Plotly, and Streamlit.
Data Integration & Enrichment:
Develop ETLs to optimize data sources within a data lake.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all representations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work within cross-functional teams to define and refine data requirements.
Champion data adoption and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.
Requirements
Must-have:
Strong understanding of SaaS business data analysis strategy and typical views.
Strong proficiency with Python, including data analysis/manipulation libraries such as Pandas and Jupyter.
Strong proficiency with SQL for querying from data lakes/warehouses, including advanced joins and CTEs.
Experience using GitHub as a collaborative coding tool.
Familiarity with interactive data visualization libraries like Plotly and Streamlit.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially when it comes to data presentation.
Strong English procienfy.
