Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $30,000 – $50,000 per annum, based on experience

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Holiday Adherence: US Holidays

Role Overview

 

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the development and optimization of our digital presence. This is a key role, working directly with the CEO to establish and execute an ecommerce strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with 3-5 years of DTC experience and a data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Optimization

 

Oversee development partners to create a best-in-class ecommerce website.

Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Optimize all web touchpoints to drive growth and engagement.

Merchandising & Catalog Management

 

Manage product catalog, taxonomy, and feed optimization.

Coordinate with the marketing team to lead product launches and campaigns.

Tech Stack Development

 

Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools to build a robust ecommerce ecosystem.

Ensure seamless integration with paid advertising channels and optimize attribution.

Data-Driven Decision Making

 

Monitor and analyze ecommerce metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Regularly report on KPIs and drive data-informed strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

Align ecommerce initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.

Collaborate with logistics partners to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Must-Have:

 

3-5 years of experience in DTC ecommerce management.

Strong analytical skills and experience with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (Shopify, etc).

Proven track record of improving conversion rates and user experience.

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to a startup environment.

Nice-to-Have:

 

Familiarity with emerging ecommerce technologies and tools.

Passion for music, live events, or hearing protection innovations.
