How will you contribute to the project?
You will be the driving force behind the execution and reach of the brand.
Your contribution is based on three pillars:
Production & Industrialization: transforming our expertise (ComptaTech, RFE, Product) into concrete and regular content (3 posts/week, videos, ebooks). This will free up strategic time for the team by managing the entire production chain from start to finish (from script to editing).
Engagement & Visibility: You will be responsible for our presence on social media. By managing the video studio and moderation, you will humanize the brand, engage our community, and strengthen our position as a thought leader.
Cross-functional consistency: acting as a liaison between departments (HR for employer branding, Sales for communication kits, CSM for moderation). You ensure that the brand narrative remains fluid and high-quality across all touchpoints.
In summary: you bring the necessary operational firepower to transform our big ambitions (TOP 14, international) into a daily and impactful digital presence.
What will your daily tasks be?
– Manage the social media editorial calendar : writing, production, planning and publication
– Define and deploy the communication strategy across different teams (events, education, sales, employer branding, etc.)
– To moderate social media accounts , in conjunction with the CSM team
– Produce multi-channel content : videos (long and short formats), social media posts, ebooks, landing pages, emails, etc.
– Manage the production of video content : scripts, pre-production, post-production, and use of our in-house studio
– Contribute to the management of our ComptaTech media outlet : post-production and communication surrounding the content
– Adopt a test & learn approach to our content : experiment with new formats, analyze the results, and continuously propose optimizations.
– To support Pennylane’s international development
Desired profile
Approximately 2–3 years of experience in communications, brand content, social media or a similar role, ideally in B2B or in a start-up/scale-up environment
Excellent writing skills in French (spelling, clarity, storytelling ability) and strong attention to detail, in a context of frequent content updates
Comfortable with LinkedIn/YouTube and B2B social media conventions
Strong interest in video and multimedia formats (scripting, filming, post-production)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Enjoys working collaboratively with diverse teams (Marketing, HR, Customer Success Management, Product, etc.)
Good level of English required
