Pennylane is the all-in-one platform that brings together accountants and managers on the same tool to better manage their business.
Our mission: to make accounting simpler, more transparent, and more collaborative. Within the Training team, we support our partner accounting firms to help them master Pennylane and get the most out of it for their clients. We work daily with around fifty training consultants and several internal teams (Project Manager, Support, Product, etc.).
Main missions
Reception and framing of the office
– Facilitate the launch meeting: objectives, scope, milestones, roles (sponsor, referents).
– Define the context: size and organization of the firm, business priorities, scheduling constraints.
Training path
– Hand in the training kit and register for Pennylane group sessions.
– Prepare and lead “first steps” workshops focused on key uses (keeping, review, VAT, closing).
– Monitor participation and follow up with teams until the expected level is reached.
Start-up and migration independently
– Define the prerequisites and checklists; establish a simple and dated schedule.
– Organize short and regular unlocking slots; respond quickly to questions.
– Centralize feedback, handle simple issues, and forward technical topics to the relevant teams (Migration, Support, Product).
Monitoring and reporting
– Maintain an up-to-date dashboard: progress, adoption, incidents, risks.
– Produce clear reports after each item; record decisions.
– Prepare the handover file to the team in charge of long-term adoption monitoring.
Change management
– To equip the sponsor and the internal contact person for communication with employees.
– Gather feedback from the field and continuously improve the support materials (FAQs, guides, templates).
Desired profile
– Experience in an accounting firm with at least 3 full tax periods.
– Practical application of the cycles: maintenance, revision, VAT, closing.
– Experience in client support or training is appreciated.
– Proficiency with collaboration tools (Google Workspace), tracking tools (spreadsheets, shared boards) and remote communication tools (video conferencing, messaging).
– Personal qualities: professional credibility, sense of service, reliability, taste for continuous improvement.
