The job is remote, you can work from anywhere as long as the timezone makes sense 🙂
📝 Since you’re one of Poptin’s main pillars of growth, you can surely grow your customer support prowess as you do the following tasks:
Schedule demos with new users and potential clients (Zoom, Google Meet, AnyDesk)
Work hand in hand with our technical support team
Answer daily users’ questions via live chat
Help clients to get better results through our apps & plugins
Update tutorials and user guides
Collect and present user feedback to the Poptin team
Influence development priorities and future roadmaps
