Job Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of our Marketing efforts – align product development initiatives to company OKRs. Ensuring the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives succeed in measurably growing the business.
Drive growth in organic and paid channels, using data to make decisions and drive alignment.
Partner with the Marketing team to ensure that the technical requirements for all marketing efforts are defined, communicated, and achieved.
Keep abreast of changes to regulations, landscape changes (e.g.search engine algorithm updates), competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Define and communicate the product roadmap. You will be responsible for providing clear vision, strategy and regular updates on the plans and progress of your product initiatives to key business stakeholders. You are also expected to unite with the marketing team as well as your engineering and design teams, actively engaging them to create amazing experiences for our users.
Prioritize a product backlog for your engineering team to work from. Ensuring that the final product meets the needs of the customer or business before its release
Build and maintain strong relationships with our Marketing team, Project Managers, Managers, Tech Leads to effectively coordinate dependencies between tasks, development teams or projects
Define and track key metrics to measure product performance and success. You are expected to continuously monitor and analyze your product and customer feedback, making necessary adjustments to the product as needed.
Job Requirements
Experience in SEO
Experience with CMS
Experience making data-driven product decisions through user research and experimentation
Demonstrable evidence of iterating and improving products based on feedback and performance data. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience defining and tracking OKRs or a similar goal-setting framework
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
The ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English
Degree or Master
