SEO and GEO Growth Specialist Role

We’re looking for an innovative SEO & GEO Growth Specialist to reshape how our brand appears across the digital landscape. This is not a typical keyword-focused role. You will design and drive our organic presence, ensuring we lead not only in traditional search results but also in recommendations from LLMs and AI-powered answer engines.

 

You will align our technical setup, authority signals, and content strategy to meet the future of search—where visibility isn’t enough, and being cited is essential.

 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• GEO Strategy: Create and implement Generative Engine Optimization strategies to ensure our brand is consistently referenced and recommended by LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

• Strategic Content Direction: Review our content ecosystem and prepare data-backed briefs that determine what should be created and how it should be structured for maximum impact on both humans and AI systems.

• Authority and Entity Building: Lead off-page strategies, including securing authoritative mentions, managing our Wikipedia presence, contributing to Reddit communities, and driving digital PR to establish us as a trusted entity.

• Technical SEO: Maintain an impeccable technical foundation, including advanced schema, strong site performance, and full crawlability to help search engines and AI crawlers interpret and credit our content.

• Conversion-Focused Optimization: Focus on meaningful engagement and optimize the full user journey, not just traffic volume.

• Holistic Search Approach: Keep ahead of algorithm changes and the evolving integration of AI into search.

• Advanced Analytics: Use our existing tools (e.g., Semrush, Ranketta) to monitor results and introduce new methods for tracking AI-driven share of voice and LLM citations.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years of SEO experience with clear evidence of driving organic growth.

• AI-Oriented Mindset: You understand how LLMs retrieve and process information and stay on top of how search is shifting toward answer-driven systems.

• Strategic Vision: You can evaluate a website and see how it needs to compete in the coming years, prioritizing long-term authority over quick fixes.

• Strong Analytical Skills: Deep expertise with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and analytics platforms. You make data-backed decisions and can clearly show the ROI of organic initiatives to the Head of Marketing.
