Quartzy is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing efforts in order to engage customers (current and prospective) and suppliers in order to amplify the value of the Quartzy platform.

About You
You’ll be at the forefront of our event marketing and related field marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with our field sales teams, you’ll develop and implement field marketing strategies aligned with Quartzy’s growth focus. From logistically planning dedicated customer events & vendor shows/conferences to developing and executing our own supplier shows, you’ll be the driving force behind successful events that resonate with our audience.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute field marketing strategies to align with Quartzy’s growth goals
Deliver integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty with customer and prospect organizations. Programs include Quartzy-led events, regional sponsorships, executive events, hands-on workshops and more to showcase customer success and demonstrate the value of Quartzy to support new customer acquisition and expansion
Own agenda, content creation, promotional materials and speaker acquisition for events
Understand regional and industry market trends and adjust event strategy accordingly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
Cross-collaborate with other marketing channels – partner marketing, online, social, press, customer references and others to integrate field programs into customer buyer’s journey
Implement lead generation tactics to measure the success of activities in terms of how many potential customers were attracted
Analyze event data (pre/post) to measure opportunities and tailor strategies for different audience segments
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
Stay informed about industry best practices and continuously improve strategies based on feedback
Leverage Hubspot for process optimization and results tracking
Budget management, expense monitoring, and reporting on field marketing activities
Pitch in on other areas of marketing, as needed
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in field/event marketing
Life Science and or Biotech industry experience a huge plus
Salesforce and Outreach application knowledge is strongly preferred for this role
Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to roll up your sleeves – we’re still a startup, and everyone pitches in to get the job done
Ability to navigate through ambiguity – you will know where we need to go, but recognize it won’t always be a straight path to get there
Willingness and ability to travel to events – we estimate you’ll be traveling ~60%70% of the time

Quartzy takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. The pay scale salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position represents the low, middle, and high end of the salary or OTE (sales roles) range for this position based on all US locations. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Salary/OTE is just one component of our total rewards package. The pay scale or OTE ranges may be modified in the future.
