What We’re Looking For:

We’re in search of a motivated Affiliate Marketing Assistant with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional organizational abilities. The ideal candidate should excel in troubleshooting affiliate problems, initiating proactive communication with existing affiliates, and conducting comprehensive research to identify new affiliates. Proficiency in navigating platforms like Cake, Hubspot, and Konnektive, coupled with the ability to find website contact details through targeted keyword searches and manage complex databases, is crucial.

Additionally, experience in running successful reactivation campaigns, coupled with an understanding of direct response marketing and e-commerce strategies, is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as you’ll serve as the primary liaison between our affiliate partners and our team. What You’ll Do:

As an Affiliate Marketing Assistant, your role will be multifaceted and crucial to our operations. You’ll proactively address affiliate problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions, while also providing hands-on support to existing affiliates in obtaining their creatives and ads. Your responsibilities will extend to conducting in-depth research to identify new affiliates, managing our affiliate database, and orchestrating successful reactivation campaigns to enhance affiliate engagement. Proficiency in navigating platforms like Cake, Hubspot, and Konnektive will be essential, as you’ll be responsible for finding website contact details through targeted keyword searches and maintaining detailed spreadsheets.

Your expertise in these areas will play a vital role in the seamless functioning of our affiliate network. Additionally, you’ll serve as a key communicator, bridging the gap between our affiliate partners and our team, making effective verbal and written communication skills indispensable. Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in finding website contact details and navigating platforms.
Experience managing spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets.
Proactive attitude and self-starter mentality.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM PST in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Konnektive and Hubspot.
Experience with performance marketing softwares such as Cake.
Knowledge of direct response marketing and e-commerce strategies.
