IT Generalist – Part-time (US hours)

What We’re Looking For:

We are searching for a versatile IT Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of various technologies and excels in adapting to diverse technical roles within the organization.

 

As a key member of our global team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our technical systems, offering expert support to various departments.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

As an IT Generalist, your responsibilities will include the maintenance and configuration of software systems, general troubleshooting, technical support, AWS management, light Linux system administration, and basic web development tasks. Your adaptability and technical expertise will be crucial in managing CRM software, configuring affiliate attribution pixels, handling domain registrations on CloudFare, transcoding videos to adaptive streaming formats, and patching Linux servers.

 

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in software system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in managing AWS resources, particularly S3 & Cloudfront.
Basic skills in Linux system administration, including server setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Familiarity with concepts of attribution and affiliate tracking.
Ability to work with a variety of technologies, including managing software systems, system administration, domain registration, and web development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support to end-users and resolve technical issues.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with concepts of attribution and affiliate tracking.
Basic knowledge of web development, including HTML, CSS, and preferably scripting languages (JavaScript & PHP) for web-related tasks.

Compensation & Benefits 

$25,000 – $40,000 per year base salary (depending on experience). 

Upside potential beyond base salary (bonus pool from company profit share – when you go above and beyond, we reward your contributions).
