🚀 You’re A Pro At:
✅ Understanding design principles and content trends for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
✅ Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, TikTok Editor.
✅ Editing TikTok/Facebook/Instagram video content & optimizing it to get people to buy.
✅ Designing attention-grabbing graphic ads (static/carousels/gifs etc) for Facebook & Instagram.
✅ You continually learn, & love talking about & sharing your knowledge of social media content & ad creative best practices.
✅You’re an expert at designing ads for all types of businesses & audiences.
✅You’re confident in your ability to create ads that grab attention and get people to buy.
Understanding design principles and content trends for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
Auditing, strategizing and designing graphic & video ads (TikTok/Facebook/Instagram) for all types of businesses.
Work with creative lead, content creators, and paid ads team on all things related to ads.
Work with paid ads team to analyze creative performance and understand what makes certain ads work/ not work.
Take a proactive approach to find & test new tools, tactics, or strategies to level up your and the team’s ad design capabilities.
Contribute to improving internal processes for how to develop world-class, high-converting ads.
Manage your projects with a high level of organization & communication.
Continually be upskilling yourself, taking courses (paid for by us) on things like ad design, consumer psychology, and staying on top of content trends on TikTok & other channels.
At least 2+ years’ experience in social media ad design / video editing, especially TikTok/Facebook/Instagram ads.
You must love TikTok / Instagram Reels and be researching the TikTok & Facebook ads library daily to stay on top of the best ad trends.
Ability to do content research, audience research, and competitor research, then leverage this info into action in your projects.
General knowledge in designing for persuasion.

You have 2+ years of experience in social media ad design & video editing.
You have the ability to create TikTok / Facebook / Instagram video ads from raw video content supplied by creators.
You can show examples of your TikTok / Facebook / Instagram ads (graphic & video)
You can share references for business owners for whom you have created ads for.
You are very confident in your design & video editing skills, and in your knowledge of the content trends on TikTok.
The best marketers follow and learn from the best sources. You should be able to show us which newsletters, websites, blogs, YouTube channels, etc. you follow to improve your knowledge of ad design and other marketing topics.
