Scope3 has significant market traction with more than 70+ customers and is experiencing accelerated growth.

About the role …
The Client Solutions Manager is pivotal in aligning Scope3’s innovative solutions with our client needs in the digital advertising ecosystem. By leveraging expertise in identifying and shaping opportunities, this role is instrumental in forging, nurturing, and expanding client accounts in Europe.
This role will be primarily focused on regional portfolio (country) and/or customer segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Success:Strategize and implement methods to align clients’ goals with sustainable advertising objectives.
Oversee client onboarding, training, and ensure efficient assimilation with Scope3’s decarbonization tools.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with critical stakeholders, underlined by trust and value delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators to proactively identify growth areas and potential challenges.
Technical Expertise & Domain Knowledge:Acquire a deep understanding of Scope3 products, especially focusing on CO2 emissions measurement in the advertising sector.
Possess a thorough understanding of the digital advertising landscape, emphasizing programmatic advertising platforms.
Demonstrate an understanding of APIs and web technologies; and can speak to a technical audience.
Collaborative Development:Collaborate with internal departments (regional leadership and functional teams), ensuring client needs are met and contribute to creating solutions beneficial for the broader Scope3 portfolio.
Develop tailored training material and best practice documents suitable for scale
Offer regular and actionable feedback on Scope3 products, aiding in refining our offerings, operations, and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in managing sophisticated client relationships within the AdTech industry. Prior experience in consulting clients on media strategies is highly preferred.
Skill in conveying technical concepts to a varied audience.
Comprehensive understanding of the AdTech ecosystem.
A documented history of client retention and revenue growth, consistently meeting or exceeding set benchmarks.
Fluency in English is required, additional languages (French or German) welcomed
