In this remote position, you will be closely working with the executives of the Scrypt team.
A a virtual assistant, you will:
Manage, extract, and act upon relevant information across various communication sources: email, instant messaging, calls, etc.
Provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Create tasks in a project management environment.
Create meetings, take notes, and follow-ups.
Maintain organisation of internal file systems.
Make travel arrangements: research, plan, book.
Manage the employer’s calendar and appointment scheduling, including reminders.
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
Collect and summarise information: verbal and written.
Prepare proposals and presentations.
Crypto savvy/personal experience in the crypto industry is a must.
Proactive, adoptable, flexible.
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
Experience in remote work.
Experience working synchronously and asynchronously.
Knowledge of office management tools and procedures.
MS Office proficiency.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Ability to work at unusual hours, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Ability and willingness to work under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
In possession of modern Laptop / PC and mobile phone/access to a fast and stable internet connection.
Close to CET time zone.
German proficiency would be considered a plus.
University Degree is a big plus.
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
Worldwide (preferably close to CET time zone)
Fully remote with the option to travel to Switzerland to meet the team
