About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive SEO Manager to take ownership of our search engine optimization efforts across a growing portfolio of iGaming platforms.
This role blends strategic direction with tactical execution — perfect for someone who doesn’t just oversee projects but actively leads from the front and ensures results.
You’ll be a key driver of our organic growth, working alongside content teams, developers, and senior leadership to scale traffic, visibility, and domain authority in some of the most competitive markets online.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
Translate SEO goals into actionable roadmaps with clear KPIs and accountability.
Oversee the day-to-day implementation of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
Provide hands-on stewardship of SEO performance across sites — from audits to rankings.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Act as the SEO point of contact across development, content, and product teams.
Mentor and guide SEO Specialists and freelance contributors without micromanaging.
Ensure SEO is fully integrated into publishing workflows, site launches, and product updates.
Technical & On-Page SEO
Conduct and manage technical SEO audits, fixing crawl, indexation, speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
Optimize page elements such as metadata, schema markup, internal linking, and URL structure.
Drive the implementation of best practices for mobile-first indexing, canonicalization, and international SEO (hreflang, etc.).
Content Alignment & Authority Building
Develop and support scalable backlink strategies including guest posting and outreach.
Ensure keyword targeting aligns with search intent, content depth, and competitive gaps.
Oversee content audits, SEO briefs, and organic performance analysis.
Performance Reporting & Adaptation
Monitor and report SEO KPIs using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
Adjust strategies based on data insights and algorithm changes in key iGaming regions.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive shifts, and emerging SEO opportunities.

Requirements
3–5+ years of SEO experience, including 2–3 years in a lead or managerial capacity.
Minimum 3 years of SEO experience in the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, affiliate projects) US Market.
Deep familiarity with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, etc.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and SEO-specific dev collaboration.
Strong grasp of Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T principles, and SEO risk management.
Ability to manage multiple projects, balance team dynamics, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
