It helps people improve their nutritional habits through personalized programs, meal tracking, and health insights, which allows them to lead healthier and happier lives.
Now, we are taking the next big step and working on a new revolutionary AI product that helps each person improve their health in a fun and engaging way.
We are seeking a Creative Producer who is passionate about creating impactful content in the health and fitness industry. As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of video and image content, from conceptualization to final delivery. Your mission is to translate marketing objectives into clear, actionable content that drives user growth through paid channels such as Meta and Google. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to produce compelling content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative concepts (static, video) for performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google, ensuring alignment with brand and scientific guidelines.
Write briefs for graphic designers and video editors
Monitor ad performance metrics, analyzing data to continually improve campaign results
Lead the ideation and execution of innovative ad concepts that capture attention and provoke action
Analyze competitors’ ads and constantly search for new ideas and market trends.
Gather insights about target groups and copywrite (headlines, call-to-actions, video scripts)
We expect that you have:
At least 2 years of work experience in performance marketing as a Creative Producer, Marketing Manager, Copywriter etc.
An exceptional creative portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful campaigns and innovative ideas.
Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CR, etc.) and their application in optimizing campaign effectiveness.
The ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages, and present them in a visual and compelling way.
Experience with AI-driven content creation tools. A proactive approach to the adoption of new AI tools into processes wll be a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good English skills (B2+)
