We are looking for IT Sourcer.
Your main tasks will be:
Utilizing various sourcing strategies, platforms, and tools (such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards) to identify and engage with potential IT candidates;
Conducting thorough candidate searches using boolean search techniques to effectively narrow down the candidate pool;
Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles;
Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future opportunities;
Managing and tracking candidate pipelines and ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process;
Collaborating with the recruitment team to enhance sourcing strategies and optimize candidate attraction;
We expect from you:
Experience: minimum of 6 months of experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role within the IT industry;
Boolean Search Techniques: Proficiency in utilizing boolean search techniques and the ability to effectively compose boolean queries to enhance candidate search accuracy and efficiency;
Sourcing Platforms and Tools: Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and tools commonly used in the industry, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards;
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and maintain relationships with potential candidates;
IT Knowledge: Sound knowledge of different IT roles, technologies, and terminologies, enabling efficient screening and matching of candidates to relevant positions.
Proactive Mindset: A proactive mindset, coupled with a keen attention to detail, to ensure all sourcing activities are carried out meticulously and effectively.
