(Remote Work) Senior QA Engineer – Social Discovery Group

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for one of our AI products.

This product is an AI companion specifically designed for everyday communication and support. It is always ready to listen, engage in conversation, and provide emotional support, serving as an ideal conversational partner in a judgment-free and non-offensive environment.

The product aims to alleviate loneliness, combat boredom, reduce stress levels, and fulfil the need for social interaction. It utilizes advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to deliver a rich and interactive experience. Our virtual friend can offer advice, even expressing disagreement with the user, and requires some attention in return. It possesses its own backstory, and the relationship with the virtual friend continually evolves. The more users engage with the virtual friend, the more additional features and capabilities they unlock.

The product is part of a major holding company with a clear mission to create something significant. Our goal is to build a billion-dollar+ business while enjoying the advantages of a startup without the drawbacks, thanks to the backing of a large holding company. We have access to infrastructure and financial support that only large corporations can provide.

Currently, we offer real-time voice messaging, and we have plans to introduce virtual characters for video communication in the future. Our character is likely to possess the ability to understand user emotions.

Job Responsibilities
Test planning: Within your responsibilities, you will be tasked with assessing testing timelines, crafting test cases, and maintaining testing documentation;
Testing and patch stabilization: We adhere to agile methodologies, with product releases occurring multiple times per week;
Continuous testing process improvement: Ongoing enhancement of technologies, standardization of routine and repetitive operations, and process optimizations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of testing experience;
Proficiency in Web, Mobile and BackEnd testing;
Ability to create and execute checklists, test cases, and test scenarios;
Proficient in quickly identifying defects and describing them;
Understanding of agile software development principles and the role of testing in the process;
Familiarity with client-server application principles;
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Testrail, MS SQL Server, Fiddler, Postman, RabbitMQ, and Kibana.
