We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing (User Acquisition)/ Marketing Director to join the Kiseki team. Kiseki.com is a global dating platform that connects Japanese singles with individuals from around the world. The website provides a safe and secure environment for users to create profiles, search for compatible matches, and communicate with potential partners. Kiseki.com focuses on creating meaningful connections and helping users find long-term relationships. The platform also offers features such as personalized matchmaking and language translation services to facilitate connections between individuals from different cultural backgrounds. Kiseki.com aims to bridge the gap between Japanese singles and international dating opportunities.
Your main tasks will be:
Drive user & revenue growth (with a focus on Japanese market);
Increase market share by successfully launching new markets & further penetrating core markets;
Acquiring paying members through all stages of the marketing funnel: development, creation, implementation and management of multi-channel programs;
Management of work on the purchase of traffic, the introduction of advertising and A/B testing of creatives on channels;
Collaborate with a growth-focused international team across marketing, product, design, and engineering;
Create a strategy for successful user acquisition, performance, brand, and lifecycle marketing;
Tracking campaign performance indicators and assessing their success by KPI;
Analysis of trends and insights, as well as subsequent optimization to meet KPIs: scaling successful channels and searching for growth points;
Develop and manage marketing budgets, report on marketing programs and expenses;
Creating reporting dashboard with ROI, KPIs, and other metrics tied to specific marketing programs;
Hire and manage people as the product grows & the marketing team expands.
We expect from you:
Proven previous international experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies (with a main focus on performance), in B2C digital companies/products;
Previous experience as a Team Lead or Head/Director with strong managerial skills, ability to manage and lead teams;
Experience working with huge marketing budgets (not less than 300k USD monthly, ideally 1 million USD monthly);
Strong knowledge of digital / performance marketing (including Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc);
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Docs (Excel), BI systems tracking tools (Appsflyer, GA4);
Experience with retention channels;
Budget management and financial analysis skills (incl. building fin models & forecasts);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English and nice-to-have Japanese fluency;
Experience in working with Japanese and/or Asian markets and understanding of cultural environment of Japan will be a huge advantage;
Highly organized with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks;
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, departments, stakeholders and C-Level.
