Speak Your Way to Cash helps experts land large contracts. The company is a startup, and the work pace is fast. Ashley is frequently traveling, but always doing so to move the mission forward. She needs a high level leader in her company to take care of current clients while also bringing in new clients.
This new role on her team, the Client Success Coach is pivotal to the success of the company. This will be a huge opportunity for the right person. Ashley graduated top of her class from Northwestern as a Lawyer, and went on to a successful career. She left it all to become an entrepreneur where she now inspires and empowers others through her teaching and speaking. Speak Your Way to Cash does multiple webinar launches per year – upwards of 15-20. Selling from stage is Ashley’s expertise, and the company hosts 5-7 live, in person events in Atlanta and abroad per year. As the Customer Success Coach, you will come alongside Ashley and serve as another face for the brand. The current clients will be led by you, and the prospective clients will be sold into the programs because of you.
You have extensive experience working one-on-one with clients and cultivating a strong community bond that is unbreakable. You focus on the people because you know building a relationship is the first step to gaining trust. With trust, clients can unlock potential they didn’t even know existed. You are then familiar with developing coaching plans for clients in order to take them on the journey of growth. All the while, you are side-by-side with the community members and students. You’ll even hunt them down and call if they stop showing up. That is how much you care!
Additionally, you know the importance of analyzing and upleveling the customer journey. The first part of that journey is saying YES to the program or mastermind. You are not afraid of selling this opportunity of life changing content through a webinar or from a stage. You feel comfortable speaking to large audiences.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)
Customer Success
Conduct one-on-one coaching calls with clients to help them reach their goals, using Company products and service.
Track success metrics of clients and report on their progression.
Draft and present success plans to clients so they can grow their respective companies.
Direct clients to appropriate products for additional support & learning
Assist customer support specialist during high-volume weeks or their vacation time to help with client issues, complaints or requests
Finding, noticing and activating upgrades within the program
Follow up with clients that no longer show up to calls, etc.
Report on trends in client success
Record client case studies and testimonials
Develop deep relationships with clients
Collections
Assist with developing collections procedures for clients who default on program products and services.
Coaching & Curriculum
Create coaching plans
Learn Speak Your Way to Cash content and guide students through programs, frameworks, etc.
Serve as community host at live in-person events; encourage engagement and relationship building within the group
Conduct one-on-one and group coaching calls
Create and record content for current clients
Design the curriculum for new and enhanced modules of our core and new offerings
Sales and Presentations
Conduct sales webinar to prospective clients. (Training available.)
Speak and sell on stage at company events. (Training available.)
Conduct live videos and post other forward facing content to draw customers into programs
Program Management
Serve as the program lead for company programs (Membership, Mastermind and Course)
Ensure Program Assistant is uploading content
Manage any contracted coaches and program experts
Manage any special events exclusive to clients etc.
Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

Additional requirements:
Available to work 9 am – 5 pm EST
Access to a computer
Reliable internet connection

This position is NOT for someone who:
Wants to build their own business
prefers a slow-paced work environment
Is unavailable to work during EST operating hours
Is unavailable to travel to Atlanta 5-7 times per year
