About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer who blends creative storytelling with design precision. As a key member of Sprinto’s brand and marketing team, you’ll own visual design projects end-to-end — crafting impactful visuals that elevate our brand and communicate complex ideas with clarity.
In this role, you’ll design across campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, and brand systems, setting a new standard for visual excellence in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You thrive on structure, creativity, and craft — turning abstract ideas into compelling, on-brand visuals that drive engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute visual projects from concept to delivery across web, ads, presentations, and social platforms.
Shape and evolve Sprinto’s visual identity to ensure brand consistency and creative impact.
Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and growth teams to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive designs.
Develop scalable design systems, illustration libraries, and templates to streamline creative production.
Explore and experiment with new tools and workflows (AI, motion, 3D) to enhance storytelling and innovation.
Advocate for design excellence, present confidently, and mentor peers through example.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or communication design with a strong portfolio showcasing craft and storytelling, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion or 3D design skills are a plus.
Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory with adaptability across formats.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
