Sprinto

Customer Support

Sprinto is a leading platform that automates information security compliance. By raising the bar on information security, Sprinto ensures compliance, healthy operational practices, and the ability for businesses to grow and scale with unwavering confidence. We are a team of 350+ employees & helping 2500+ Customers across 75+ Countries. We are funded by top investment partners Accel, ELEVATION & Blume Ventures and have raised 31.8 Million USD in funding including our latest Series B round.
As a Solution Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their transformation to an automated, intelligent GRC platform. You won’t just be configuring a tool—you’ll be architecting solutions that solve real business problems, integrating systems, and shaping how modern enterprises operationalize compliance at scale.
What You’ll Do
Own the Enterprise Onboarding Journey: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation for US-based Enterprise and Mid-Market customers, ensuring a smooth, technically sound, and value-driven rollout.
Architect Technical Solutions: Understand customer business objectives and technical environments to design scalable, API-driven solutions leveraging Sprinto’s integrations, workflows, and automation capabilities.
Integrate Seamlessly: Work hands-on with APIs, Postman, and data flows—understanding system integrations, validating data points, and ensuring successful synchronization across platforms (HRIS, ticketing, cloud, etc.).
Design Workflows that Deliver: Create and customize workflows in Sprinto to align with each customer’s unique compliance and operational needs.
Bridge the Gap Between Need and Solution: Translate customer use cases—even those not directly supported by the product—into viable solutions using creative configuration, integrations, or process workarounds.
Thrive in Ambiguity: Operate confidently in undefined or complex project environments, driving clarity and delivering outcomes with minimal oversight. Collaborate with Product to Build Customer Solutions: Partner closely with the Product team to co-create, test, and implement new features or configurations that address customer-specific needs and drive product evolution.
Be the Customer’s Advocate: Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Success teams, ensuring that feedback and insights directly shape product evolution.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Depth + Customer Empathy: Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solution Architect, Technical Implementation Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
Integration Fluency: Strong understanding of SaaS integrations and APIs, hands-on experience using Postman or similar tools to test and analyze data flows.
Solution design and delivery: You can understand complex enterprise workflows, break them down into outcomes, and create tailored solutions via low-code/no-code builders, APIs, and more.
Project Delivery Expert: Proven track record of leading complex enterprise projects—preferably in SaaS, compliance, or digital transformation environments.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage confidently with CXOs, technical teams, and end users alike.
Relationship Builder: Adept at building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Composure Under Complexity: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding structured, creative ways to drive projects to completion. High agency: You can work across internal and external stakeholders to get projects moving without relying on pre-existing playbooks. You are a playbook builder, not a follower.
Experience Level: 5–8 years total experience, with at least 3+ years managing large or complex implementation projects.
Education: BE/BTech from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
