The Senior Marketing Manager for Film & Media will help shape and carry out impact campaigns connected to Stand Together’s film and media initiatives. This role contributes to building integrated campaign strategies that extend beyond distribution, turning films into culturally meaningful moments that spark awareness, engagement, partnerships, and behavior change.
How You Will Contribute
• Support multi‑channel impact strategies for film and media projects, including festivals, premieres, events, social and digital platforms, earned and paid media, and influencer efforts.
• Lead select smaller media projects and serve as the point of contact while reporting to leadership.
• Work with the Managing Director to translate narrative themes into campaign activations that resonate with target audiences, elevate cultural conversations, and achieve defined outcomes.
• Support efforts to identify, build, and manage external partnerships with media platforms, influencers, and industry partners to expand reach and credibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—creative, communications, partnerships—to ensure alignment, timeliness, and high‑quality execution.
• Assist cross‑functional teams by gathering information to define measurable impact goals and develop systems for tracking, learning, and reporting.
• Help leadership strengthen Stand Together’s internal capabilities for future film‑driven campaigns through playbooks, best practices, and continuous feedback.
What You Will Bring
• 5–7+ years of experience in film, media, or entertainment marketing, especially with impact campaigns, audience development, or distribution.
• Proven experience supporting multi‑channel campaigns that connect storytelling to measurable results.
• Strong familiarity with media, culture, and brand/influencer partners.
• Understanding of next‑generation audiences, cultural trends, and what influences narratives in today’s media landscape.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience developing and marketing entertainment projects for brands, agencies, or entertainment companies in the modern media landscape.
• Knowledge of the film production process and industry.
