Swiftly is a retail digital technology startup founded in 2018 and headquartered in the Bay Area. We empower regional and independent grocers to compete in a digital-first world by providing best-in-class app, web, loyalty, and e-commerce solutions—without SaaS fees. Instead, Swiftly drives revenue through its retail media network, sharing profits with retailer partners.

With 70+ retailer banners and Series C funding, Swiftly is the first in the industry to seamlessly connect digital and in-store shopping. Our AI-powered platform helps retailers build strong digital relationships, while our solutions—Audience Optimizer™, Alcohol Cashback, and Offsite Campaigns—drive shopper engagement and brand success.

Our mission: Enable brick-and-mortar retailers to thrive in a digital world.

Position Summary:

As an Account Manager for Audience Optimizer, this role will spearhead the evolution of retailer advertising from traditional print media to a sophisticated digital platform. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate personalization and targeted segmenting into comprehensive digital campaigns. This role will manage the development and execution of these campaigns, focusing on maximizing the incremental Return on Advertising Spend (iROAS) and enhancing consumer engagement through cutting-edge digital strategies.

Rapidly assimilate Swiftly’s suite of digital products and articulate their benefits and capabilities to clients with persuasive acumen

Plan and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, creative standards, and data requirements to meet clients’ audience targets and business objectives. Leverage inventory planning tools to ensure proposals only offer available inventory

Act as the primary contact for clients, offering troubleshooting support, implementing creative changes, maintaining campaign momentum, and delivering actionable performance insights and recommendations

Craft and convey media strategies, including audience targeting and optimization techniques, establishing yourself as a thought leader in media planning to enhance Swiftly’s client relationships

Develop, present, and implement comprehensive media plans that encompass various digital channels, with an emphasis on innovation and optimization to drive client success

Collaborate with the sales team to secure client renewals and identify opportunities for new or incremental business, underpinning client retention and growth strategies

Input all proposals into Salesforce CPQ; push deals through the opportunity stages until the deal is closed won. Maintain product catalog in Salesforce and ensure new products are accurately structured in Salesforce

Advise on pricing strategies and help develop, maintain, and enforce rate card norms. Participate in deal review for non-confirming deals

Forecast campaign risk and required adjustments to address performance weekly

Manage client expectations and advise on the most advantageous spend tactics to garner the highest campaign performance. Upsell on winning strategies and develop successful renewal strategies

Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid and organic search, social media across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels such as TikTok

Utilize advanced programmatic spending strategies to target users based on demographic data and loyalty to home stores, integrating video content where effective

Oversee regular campaign performance reviews, presenting metrics such as impressions, views, clicks, likes, ROAS, iROAS, and in-store visitation to stakeholders

Collaborate with data analytics teams to refine campaign targeting using geo-targeting and “instant segments” to engage consumers during in-store shopping experiences

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and campaign alignment with client expectation

Align with product on customer experience, usability and new enhancements

Facilitate and present campaign wrap up reporting, integrating data from 1st and 3rd party reporting systems and summarizing in eloquent readouts
