The Growth Marketing Manager will be a key member of the B2B growth team and will:
Own and execute multi-channel campaigns across webinars, content syndication, paid media, and email to drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth;
Manage the campaign calendar end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals through close collaboration with content, design, and sales teams;
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize channel effectiveness and improve conversion rates;
Continuously test and refine messaging, creative, and channel mix to maximize impact and position Sword Health as a category leader
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns that drive measurable results in lead generation, brand awareness, and market positioning;
Manage the campaign calendar across all touchpoints and channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing priorities and business objectives;
Drive materially disruptive strategies that challenge industry norms and position Sword Health as a category leader;
Partner with content, design, and performance teams to develop cohesive assets, messaging, and strategies;
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies to improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion rates.
What you need to have:
3-7 years of experience in growth, marketing and campaign strategy in a B2B marketing environment, ideally in SaaS, tech, or healthcare;
A proven track record of developing and executing creative, high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and create a wow factor;
Excellent creative and strategic thinking, with a strong focus on performance optimization and data-driven decision-making;
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables across teams.

A portfolio or examples of past campaigns that have driven growth in lead generation or brand awareness;
Experience in the technology & startup / scaleup space (industry agnostic).

*This range includes base, variable and equity
