We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who shares our passion for helping customers get the most out of our TeamSnap ONE platform. If you’re ready to play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for both new and upgrading customers, we’d love to hear from you.

 

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the primary resource for customers beginning their TeamSnap journey. Whether they’re new to the platform or upgrading to our latest features, sponsorships, or coaching tools, you’ll guide them through onboarding with confidence and enthusiasm. Your goal is to ensure they’re prepared for success and excited to explore everything TeamSnap has to offer. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple projects, build quick and effective relationships, and collaborate with Sales and Success teams.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by offering expertise during onboarding and strategy calls, helping with setup, and supporting customers as they learn TeamSnap.

• Use your strong ability to understand customer needs to offer training, setup guidance, best practices, and insights into our full platform.

• Handle a variety of operational tasks through Salesforce cases, including coordinating meetings, ensuring customer tasks are completed, following up on communications, and preparing customers for launch.

 

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.

• Strong understanding of TeamSnap products, services, and best practices.

• Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and working with colleagues to improve product engagement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience in a SaaS environment.

Compensation

We are committed to fair compensation for all TeamSnap employees. The starting point for this role is $63,000, including base and bonus, with adjustments based on various factors such as experience, skills, certifications, and location. Our compensation is highly competitive within our industry.

 

Location

TeamSnap is fully remote, so you must be comfortable working across time zones. While we continue to expand, we currently do not hire in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, or West Virginia. At this time, we can only hire permanent U.S. residents.
