We’re seeking a driven self-starter to help deliver and scale the supply side of our business. As part of our expanding team, you will manage sponsorships at scale for our clients. You’ll work directly with thousands of sports organizations across the country to bring sponsorships to life.
This role focuses on Sponsorship Success, overseeing sponsor campaign management, maintaining relationships with sports organization partners, and onboarding top organizations to our sponsorship programs.
We’re looking for someone who can strategically handle projects and relationships while completing a wide range of sponsorship tasks across many league partners.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and execute campaign projects to support sponsor goals
• Help onboard sports organizations for sponsor campaigns and assist with our matchmaking process
• Handle prospecting for primarily low-tier and mid-tier clients
• Manage a seasonal load of leagues and campaigns based on business needs
• Collaborate with client success and operations teams to ensure a great experience for both sponsors and sports organization partners
• Provide excellent customer support to sports organization partners to help them stay on track, remain engaged, and deliver value to sponsors
• Manage and improve daily operational processes, including event coordination, professional photography, survey significance, overdue sponsorship management, and more
• Achieve team and individual KPIs related to client renewal, event satisfaction, overdue verification, and partner net promoter score

• A strong communicator who is clear, direct, proactive, and knows when to call, video chat, or send an email
• Passionate about making youth sports more accessible
• Humble, collaborative, and ego-free
• Ambitious and eager to grow with the team and company
• Comfortable learning new tools, including Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, Airtable, and HubSpot

Compensation
We are committed to fair compensation for all employees. The minimum starting point for this role is $48,600, including base and bonus, and may be adjusted based on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Our compensation is highly competitive within our industry.
Location
TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you must be comfortable working with teammates across different time zones. While we are expanding, we do not hire in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, or West Virginia. Currently, we can only hire permanent U.S. residents.
