Job Description – Finance Executive
CTC – Upto 5 LPA (negotiable depending on experience and relevant qualifications)

We are currently looking for a Finance Executive who will be responsible for maintaining accounting and compliance of the organization.
As a Finance/Accounts Executive at The Better India, you will :
1. Be actively involved in accounting and compliance
2. Perform financial reporting and Preparation of Financial Statements
3. Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
4. Process invoices
5. Record accounts payables and accounts receivables along with timely follow up for the clearances
6. Update internal systems with financial data
7. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
8. Reconcile bank statements
9. Participate in financial audits and ensure timely completion
10. Assist with budget preparation
11. Attend any Ad-hoc tasks requested by management from time to time
Our ideal colleague should be
1. Pursuing CA or Any commerce Graduate with an experience in accounting, taxation, secretarial and audit.
2. Someone with strong accounting knowledge
3. Good with MS office
4. Someone with excellent analytical and numerical skills
5. Proficiency in handling spreadsheets and accounting software – Tally & Quickbooks
6. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal direction from manager to accomplish objectives
7. Able to communicate with the auditors team directly and provide required data to them
8. Possessing strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
